A quest to start his own restaurant, founder Scott Atchison, started the design and dream of a food truck, that offers Colorado Down-home style cuisine. Serving Mobile Cuisine to the front range.
Growing up in the mid-west, loving the comfort foods built around the region from the settlers of the past, foods from all around the world based on the teachings handed done thru the generations. "There is nothing better than a recipe handed down from a family of great cooks!"
Scott Atchison, Chef / Owner has over 30 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry, as a Certified Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, and General Manager. Starting his career in County Clubs, PGA Championship events, then expanding out to large corporate dining and Food Stores. Scott moved to Colorado after 9/11/2001, working for Vail Resorts with the Keystone and Breckenridge Restaurants and Hotel Properties, then onto the Stanley Hotel. He moved to the front range after that as a partner in a restaurant consultant / Construction business, then onto Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch.
